Responsibility
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconcile daily cash registers and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in handling cash and financial transactions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
