Responsibility
- Handle cash operations efficiently, including receiving, counting, and disbursing money.
- Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and transactions.
- Process various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports for management.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Support operational tasks, such as restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
