Responsibility

  • Process customer payments accurately through various methods including cash, bank transfers, and EDC machines
  • Verify and reconcile all financial transactions before cargo release to ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and prepare daily reports
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth cargo operations
  • Follow all company financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits as required
  • Handle cash management and bank deposit procedures securely

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in cash handling and billing operations
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of cargo operations is a plus
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions
