Responsibility
- Process customer payments accurately through various methods including cash, bank transfers, and EDC machines
- Verify and reconcile all financial transactions before cargo release to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and prepare daily reports
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries professionally
- Work collaboratively with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth cargo operations
- Follow all company financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits as required
- Handle cash management and bank deposit procedures securely
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in cash handling and billing operations
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cargo operations is a plus
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions
