Responsibility
- Operate POS systems accurately to process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Barista, or in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, POS systems, and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
