Responsibility
- Process daily cash transactions, including collections, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Prepare and submit financial reports on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, cashiering, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to undergo a probationary period with the potential for permanent employment.
