Responsibility
- Coordinate patient cases by liaising between healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage and update patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and telehealth consultations.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear, empathetic communication regarding their care plans.
- Monitor case progress and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions in the case management system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, case management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to healthcare coordination.
