This is a pivotal role designed for someone who thrives on empowering individuals, driving brand awareness, and achieving aggressive sales targets through grassroots community engagement.

As a Captain, you will act as the primary bridge between the company and our dedicated community members. Your mission is to foster a culture of success, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that every member of the Mami Lezza network has the tools and motivation to thrive. If you are an energetic people-person with a background in field sales, community management, or FMCG direct selling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand the Mami Lezza community across designated areas.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to members to boost sales performance and individual development.
  • Monitor community KPIs and sales metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet monthly targets.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging community events, workshops, and product training sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional members to address challenges and provide operational support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to rollout localized sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain morale and ensure operational standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership, community management, or direct selling (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Jakarta Utara area for field engagement.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable community tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in digital tools for reporting and communication.
