Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Cantonese and English, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.
  • Handle inquiries related to travel bookings, flight details, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and implement customer feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, airline procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in the CRM system for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
