Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service in Cantonese and English, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.
- Handle inquiries related to travel bookings, flight details, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and implement customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, airline procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in the CRM system for future reference.
- Assist in identifying recurring customer pain points and suggest process improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence, response times, and customer retention metrics.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
