Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns across multiple channels (chat, email, and occasional voice).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while resolving issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Participate in regular team briefings and coaching sessions to improve performance metrics.
- Promote a positive brand image by providing excellent customer support experiences.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level).
- No previous BPO or Call Center experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
