Responsibility

  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and customer privacy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.

Qualifications
