Responsibility
- Deliver warm, professional, and efficient customer service to all café patrons.
- Master the café menu, including coffee, tea, and food offerings, to provide expert recommendations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and meals with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the POS system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist in stocking, restocking, and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for service are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and food service (training provided).
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
