Responsibility
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, Nanyang kopi, and light snacks to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station and dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking inventory levels.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your coffee-making and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service principles.
