Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes and tooling systems.
- Support the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to streamline operations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the production line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, with a keen interest in manufacturing and tooling.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
