Responsibility
- Develop and refine 2D and 3D CAD models based on project specifications and Japanese design standards.
- Create detailed exterior plans, elevations, and sections using industry-leading software.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using Lumion or similar tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in design outputs.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project managers.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator or similar role, preferably in architectural or engineering design.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Japanese design standards and technical drawing principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
