As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to develop high-quality technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced work-life environment in Bali.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to refine designs, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance.
- Support the creation of assembly instructions and work instructions for manufacturing teams.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting design issues and proposing practical solutions to enhance product quality.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in mechanical design or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar) is a plus.
