Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of butlers to deliver flawless, personalized guest services in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins, room preparations, and special requests, ensuring timely and discreet execution.
- Develop and implement service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to maintain impeccable villa conditions and address guest needs proactively.
- Handle VIP guest relations, anticipating preferences and resolving concerns with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Train staff on etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and Champaca’s service philosophy.
- Monitor inventory of guest amenities and ensure high-quality supplies are stocked.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, service issues, and team performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a butler, concierge, or guest services role within luxury hotels or private villas.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Impeccable grooming, discretion, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of Balian culture, local attractions, and high-end service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality management or butler training (e.g., from IHRA, LSA Global) is advantageous.
