Responsibility
- Assist the Butler team in delivering personalized guest services, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and discreetly.
- Coordinate between Front Office and Butler services to maintain seamless communication and efficient guest service delivery.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm welcome and overview of in-room amenities and hotel facilities.
- Assist with luggage handling, ensuring guests' belongings are transported safely and securely.
- Support the Front Office team with check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor, reflecting Raffles' luxury standards at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment, preferably in a Front Office or Butler role.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including PMS (Property Management Systems) and concierge services.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage or guest requests.
- A proactive attitude, with a passion for anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
