Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Beauty & Personal Care business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali’s competitive landscape.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to expand business opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing P&L, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Bali market, including consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
