Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability for the facilities management business unit.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
- Oversee P&L responsibility for the business unit, including budget forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing innovative facility management practices, technologies, and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations across all managed sites.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Central Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in facilities or property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex facility operations and diverse portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen, with extensive experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
