In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards across a diverse portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that our facilities management solutions not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our world-class clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the property management landscape in Malaysia, coupled with the ability to foster innovation and sustainable growth within our service lines.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability for the facilities management business unit.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee P&L responsibility for the business unit, including budget forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing innovative facility management practices, technologies, and sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations across all managed sites.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Central Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in facilities or property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex facility operations and diverse portfolios.
  • Strong financial acumen, with extensive experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
