Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of business development and customer service professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Amartha’s financial services in Bali, focusing on key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding regions.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in financial services.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market trends, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or fintech, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of financial products, microfinance, or digital lending is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
