As a Business Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our financial inclusion initiatives across Bali. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of business development and customer service professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Amartha’s financial services in Bali, focusing on key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding regions.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in financial services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market trends, and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or fintech, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, microfinance, or digital lending is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
