Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic corporate financing solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client needs and propose tailored banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the corporate banking sector.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Sharia banking principles and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of corporate financing, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Familiarity with Sharia-compliant banking principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
