Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end digital transformation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and system implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop and document detailed functional and technical specifications for new systems and enhancements.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to validate system performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in system analysis, design, and implementation within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business applications is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and API integrations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
