Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics and business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
