Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end financial compliance for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial reports, tax filings, and statutory documents within deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles, preferably in a business services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work environment is highly desirable.
