Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
- Conduct gap analysis to assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques, such as BRDs, use cases, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
