Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the corporate registration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of business licenses, permits, and compliance documents for clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of all registration-related documents, including Articles of Incorporation, tax registrations, and local government permits (e.g., SIUP, TDP, NPWP).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration-related issues and ensure smooth compliance workflows.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian corporate laws, regulations, and local ordinances (e.g., OSS system updates, BKPM requirements) and implement necessary adjustments to registration processes.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for business registration, compliance checks, and document management to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to streamline cross-departmental processes and improve client onboarding experiences.
- Conduct regular audits of registration files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for corporate registration, client communication, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate registration, business licensing, or compliance roles, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate laws, including PT PMA regulations, OSS system requirements, and local government licensing processes (e.g., Bali’s regional permits).
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple registration projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance-related challenges.
