Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and cases for wealth management systems.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Document test results, defects, and resolutions while maintaining traceability matrices for audit purposes.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights to improve processes and reduce risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in wealth management and QA.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, business analysis, or testing within financial services or wealth management.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS, SEC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, API testing, and performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) is a plus.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or CFA are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a remote or hybrid setting.
