Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the Projects and Heavylift team, including order processing, client communications, and contract management.
- Develop, document, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify system enhancements and automate manual processes where possible.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely execution of projects and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools to continuously improve business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process management, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
