Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor business performance programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve mortgage operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on program outcomes.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth within the mortgage sector.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to support team performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business performance analysis, program coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
