Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing stock levels to reduce carrying costs.
- Develop and maintain costing models to evaluate product, service, and operational profitability, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly performance analysis of operational KPIs, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics) to streamline processes and enhance financial controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and strategic insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal audits, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; a Master’s or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or operations finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in fixed asset management, inventory control, and cost analysis within manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; familiarity with local tax and accounting regulations is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
