Responsibility
- Coordinate and streamline day-to-day business operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth inter-departmental collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder communications.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Identify bottlenecks in business processes and propose scalable solutions.
- Support special projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business operations, operations support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
