Responsibility
- Manage patient reception and registration processes efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately enter patient charges and financial data into the hospital management system.
- Handle inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and discretion.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative records and documentation.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process billing and payment transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
- Adhere to shift schedules and provide coverage as needed to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with hospital management systems or medical billing software is a plus.
