Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of BI projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense to support manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems into a centralized data warehouse.
- Design and implement ETL processes to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data flows across systems.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization in manufacturing.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of BI tools.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in production environments.
- Certifications in BI tools or data management (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable.
