Responsibility
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
