Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing business processes and SOPs at corporate and operational levels.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder consultations.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and roll out revised SOPs and workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of process changes and recommend adjustments.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on process improvements and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting.
- Proven track record in process mapping, gap analysis, and SOP development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Visio).
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence change across departments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft clear, professional documentation.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
