Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and beyond, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging Mandarin language skills for effective communication.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential growth areas.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience using Mandarin in a business or sales environment.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
