Responsibility
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Baliâs key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Baliâs business landscape.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and materials tailored to local markets.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to management.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Baliâs business ecosystem, including key industries, target audiences, and regional dynamics (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote or hybrid work setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions.
