Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones in the BPR sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in rural and urban financial markets.
- Promote BPR financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical banking practices.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on banking regulations, products, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with BPR operations or rural banking is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
