Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our tax refund and retail services in Bali.
- Identify and acquire new retail partners, negotiating contracts and terms to drive mutual growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, tourism boards, and financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new accounts and services.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, implementing improvements as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the retail or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with tax refund processes or retail operations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
