Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market penetration for marine outboard products in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, boat manufacturers, and end-users to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and minimize operational costs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for new product lines or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for marine outboard solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations within the marine, boating, or outboard engine industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of marine outboard products, including technical specifications, applications, and market demand.
  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
