In this role, you will lead initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiate with key stakeholders, and optimize our supply chain to meet the demands of retailers, hotels, restaurants, and local vendors. Your expertise in sales, relationship management, and market analysis will be critical in achieving revenue targets and enhancing our competitive edge.
Based in Bali’s prime business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s distribution network in modern (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and traditional markets (warungs, local retailers).
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering services, and retail chains.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food distribution in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the F&B or food distribution industry.
- Proven track record of expanding market share, acquiring new clients, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and existing networks in the region are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
