Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and collaborations to secure advantageous deals.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging markets, and customer needs to inform business strategy and innovation.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Track and report on KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Bali’s business landscape or experience in the Indonesian market is highly advantageous.
