Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business partners, retailers, and distributors in the luxury market.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to expand Nefertum Fragrancesâ presence in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches and presentations for potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.
- Maintain CRM databases and track sales leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, market feedback, and performance metrics.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with new partners under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Basic understanding of market research, business development, or luxury retail (prior experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months in Bali.
