Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions, to promote HRDC-certified training programs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the corporate training sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Customize training solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring alignment with HRDC standards and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and client feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) training programs and certification processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics software.
- Familiarity with the corporate landscape in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia or Malaysia, is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset.
