Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify, engage, and onboard high-value merchants. Responsibility
- Identify and target potential merchants in Bali’s key business districts to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to streamline onboarding processes and enhance merchant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Shenma Credit at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of merchant acquisition strategies and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
