Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients in need of training and learning solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to design customized training programs aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of corporate learning needs and the training industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for education.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
