Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare distributors, to expand the company’s market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent product availability and favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the pharmaceutical and medical supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, and compliance) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales metrics, client acquisition rates, and partnership retention.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Indonesia, including regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
