Responsibility
- Analyze and translate high-level business features into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Design, execute, and document UAT test cases to validate system functionality and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business objectives for the ePension platform.
- Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution before deployment.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and business needs, proposing actionable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technical teams on project goals.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on QA/UAT testing.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly pension or wealth management platforms.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) and SQL for data validation.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
