Responsibility
- Independently gather, document, and analyze business requirements for digital initiatives, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, product managers, and business leaders, to define project scope and objectives.
- Validate and prioritize business needs, aligning them with technical constraints and organizational goals.
- Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to extract insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation using tools like UML, BPMN, or user stories.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the direct selling, e-commerce, or retail industry is a plus.
