Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system metrics to proactively identify and address bottlenecks.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Document processes, architectures, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on DevOps.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
